For over two decades, I’ve worked closely with professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and high-performing business owners, people operating at the highest levels of pressure, responsibility, and expectation.
I was one of them too. Disciplined. Driven. Fully committed.
What I saw both in myself and in those I worked with, wasn’t a lack of ambition or capability. It was something more subtle, and far more common.

I know what it’s like to be celebrated for your success while privately carrying the weight of perfectionism, pressure, and constant forward motion. I’ve lived it.
